The cost and time usually vary according to delivery address and weight of the order. 

For home delivery, your order will normally be taken care and shipped of within 24h except if otherwise indicated by us. Your order and time of shipment will be confirmed by e-mail.

We ship worldwide using Chronopost services.

Can I pick my order up in your studio??

We offer a free studio pickup service (81 rue de Miromesnil, 75008 Paris). 

Your package will be ready the next day for orders placed from Monday to Thursday before 5PM. All pick-up information will be sent to you by mail.

You have 90 working days to pick up your order at the studio. A proof of identity and the invoice sent by e-mail will be requested.

A third-party could also collect on the recipient’s behalf by providing a proof of identity of this person and the invoice as well.

What to do when my order is urgent?

We recommend you to choose an express delivery with courier.

-Paris intra-muros: Courier service or studio pick-up (81 rue de Miromesnil, 75008 Paris) for same day delivery, Monday-Friday, as long as your order is placed before 3pm.

- Rest of France: Don’t hesitate to send us an email at studio@camillevost.com, mentioning the urgent character of your order, we will do our utmost to ensure the fastest delivery time.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with your order’s tracking number and the name of the delivery company. Once your order has left our studio, you will receive an email or text from the delivery company.

For any other queries, please email our customer service at studio@camillevost.com from Monday to Friday (excluding official public holidays in France), from 10am to 6pm (CET).

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

How long do I have to return or exchange my order?

You have a legal period of 14 days, starting from the day you received your goods, to inform us of your decision of withdrawal, which can be done by sending an email to studio@camillevost.com

Returned items must be unworn,unused, and in their original packaging(the box containing the bag must be in excellent condition). They must be accompanied by the receipt. All returns that don’t comply with all requirements mentioned above (worn, signs of wear and tear, altered or damaged) will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

In accordance with article L121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code, items made to measure (Special Orders) cannot be exchanged or refunded.

How do I return my order?

All proposals to return (exchanges included) must be declared beforehand by mail at studio@camillevost.com. You should indicate your chosen way of reimbursement (exchange or refund).

Once your demand is accepted, we will indicate you the appropriate way for returning the order. Whatever the way of returning, the order must be returned in its original packaging.

Since we offer free returning in France, we will send you by e-mail a prepaid label after accepting your proposal of return.

What is procedure for refunds or credit notes?

After receiving your returned item, your refund will be made to the bank account that was used when ordering. The total amount of your purchase, minus initial shipping costs, will be refunded to you.

You will receive an email to confirm the refund of your order.

How can I take care of my handbag?

Upon first use, take care of your bag by applying a colorless waterproofing product. 

You can maintain your bag by using regulary a small amount of colorless nourishing cream, made of wax, which will create a fine protection layer on the surface of the leather. 

Avoid long or direct exposure to water, oily substances and cosmetiques, heat and direct sunlight and alcohol. If your item gets wet, give it time to air-dry in a temperature controlled environment.

The leather can acquire small marks when first using, this is an authentic proof of high quality leather. Let your bag enhance its natural and unique patina over time.

Where are your products made?

All our products are made in Portugal. We work with a workshop which is recognized for its expertise in leather goods, its creativity and its artisanal values

My clothes rubbed off my bag, what do I do?

All our models are waterproofed before leaving the tannery in order to limit color bleeding. The models are waterproofed one last time just after the sale.It may happen that the color of a garment rubs off on your bag. This resulting from the garment dye, we unfortunately cannot act.

In order to make these stains disappear, we advise you to use a bristle brush for the velvet calf leather or apply a cleansing and transparent cream for the calf leather. If that is not enough, we advise that you go to a specialized laundry that can offer you the best cleaning solution.

REPAIRS

What should I do when my bag is damaged or broken?

Firstly, we recommend that you contact our customer service at studio@camillevost.com.

We provide a one-year warranty during which we take care of all repairs, starting from the date of purchase which requires your receipt. This service is free as long as the damage is the result of normal wear and tear and/or because there is a manufacturing fault.

Once this warranty period has expired, we offer a paying repair service if repair is possible.

After an expertise in our atelier, we will inform you about the delay and cost of the reparation. You will be provided with a quote for the anticipated repairs which will need your confirmation prior to any repairs being undertaken by us.

In general, a contribution of 20 to 60€ will be asked for the cost of a repair.

Is it safe to shop on camillevost.com?

Secure online transactions are ensured using existing protocols. Details of card numbers used during the payment process are not saved on the www.camillevost.com website but on the secure site operated by our bank.

Payments made online are debited in Euros (€). Please note that all prices shown in foreign currency are for reference purposes only.
