These terms and conditions are concluded between, on the one hand, Mrs. Camille Prévost, whose commercial name is CAMILLE VOST, herein named "CAMILLE VOST" and on the other hand, persons wishing to make a purchase via the Camille vost website (www.camillevost.com), herein named "the User". These conditions concern only non-trading individuals. The parties agree that their relationship will be governed exclusively by this agreement, excluding any conditions previously available on the site. If a condition were deficient, it would be considered to be governed by the practices in force in the distance selling sector of which the companies have the headquarters in France.
These terms are intended to define the terms of sale between CAMILLE VOST and the User, from the order to the services, as well as payment and delivery. They regulate all the steps necessary to place the order and ensure the follow-up of this order between the contracting parties.
Any order is valid acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale. Any dispute on this point will arise in the context of any exchange and of the guarantees mentioned below. CAMILLE VOST undertakes to honor the orders received on the website only within the limit of available stocks of the products. In the lack of availability of the product, CAMILLE VOST undertakes to inform the User.
3. Delivery Methods and Times
CAMILLE VOST in-store delivery
The User can have orders delivered free of charge in the CAMILLE VOST Studio located at 81 rue de Miromesnil, 75008 Paris.
The User can pick up its purchase the next day, depending on the store (explained on the "Visit us" page). The User will receive an email informing that its order is ready for pick-up at the store. After receiving the email, the User have up to 90 days to collect your package with proof of identity and your receipt.
At home delivery:
For all orders delivered in France and Europe, the transporter will be Chronopost, Colissimo or Mondial Relay.
For all orders delivered outside Europe, the transporter will be Chronopost.
3.1 Shipping and delivery costs
The click & collect service in our studio is free.
Shipping costs are at the charge of the User and depend on the country of delivery and / or the weight of the item(s) sent. They will be specified to the customer when the order is confirmed. For countries outside the European Union, the costs of shipping and returns in the event of an exchange or a refund are at the customer's charge. Ordered products will be delivered to the address indicated by the user anywhere in the world. The risks of transportation are the responsibility of the customer, starting from the outlet of the product from the warehouse.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically as soon as you finalize your purchase and appear in the total to pay. The amount depends on the products’ quantity in your order, the delivery area and the service chosen. When the parcel is sent, we will email you its corresponding tracking number. From the departure and until its arrival, you have the possibility to track your package by indicating its tracking number on the www.colissimo.fr site or express couriers websites.
Customs and other costs in the country of arrival are at the charge of the recipient. Any defects or delays of more than 8 working days must be reported to our customer service by email at email@example.com. You must check the conformity of the goods at the time of delivery and indicate, if possible on the delivery order, in the form of handwritten reservations accompanied by your signature any anomalies found (open package, damaged product ...) then contact customer service by email. The deadlines and tariffs are currently as follows and are subject to change.
4. Prices, payment and invoicing
Prices are quoted in Euros all taxes included. They take account of the VAT applicable on the day of the order. These prices are excluded in participation in processing costs (postage, packaging and package price according to the valid amounts). Any applicable rate change may impact the prices of the products. After this date, they are subject to change at any time. However, the prices cannot be changed after the customer's order is placed. Also, if one or more taxes or contributions were created or modified, increased or decreased, this change may impact the selling price of the items on the CAMILLE VOST website.
The prices indicated on the website are guaranteed for the duration of online and within the limit of available stocks. Orders outside the European Union are invoiced free of tax (VAT: 20%). They will be taxed at destination according to the local tax at customer’s charge. For further details about custom duties, consult the customs department of your country. The final price invoiced to the customer is the price indicated on the order confirmation. Payment is made by bank card bearing Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard or American Express. The product invoice will be inserted in the package containing the ordered product.
5. Right of withdrawal, returns and exchanges
CAMILLE VOST is committed to provide high quality products. Despite this, if you are not satisfied with the product purchased, CAMILLE VOST undertakes to exchange or refund your order. You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return the products to us. Return costs are only covered in metropolitan France. For international orders, return costs are not covered. The customer should specify to the customs services that this is a “return for non-compliance” in case of defects.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging (the box containing the purse must be in excellent condition). They must be accompanied by the receipt.tems returned damaged or soiled will not be taken back. Products should be returned to the following address: Camille Vost 81 rue de Miromesnil, 75008 Paris, France.
It is up to the user to keep all proof of this return and its date. Return costs are the charge of the customer. On-sale items don’t benefit from the exchange or return guarantee.
If this is an exchange, the new shipping fees will not be charged to the customer. As for countries outside of the European Union, the shipping and return costs in the event of an exchange of size, model or refund, are the charge of the customer.
Refunds will be made within 10 working days of receipt of the package. Damaged or incomplete/missing items will not be refunded and will be returned to you as it is at customer’s charge. Unidentified returned parcels may be returned to their sender. Exceptionally, errors may exist, including simultaneous orders of the same product by several customers. In the event of a product unavailable after placing your order, we undertake to keep you informed by email or by phone as soon as possible.
Under the provisions of article l121-20-2 of the consumer code, objects made to consumer specifications or personalized at the customer’s request (monogram only) cannot benefit from the right of withdrawal and will not be returned or exchanged, except in the case of the warranty against defects affecting the sold item or unless there is an error on our part or customization not in accordance with the customer’s request. The Sur-Mesure items remain exchangeable and refundable. The customer’s attention is drawn to the fact that these goods sold are handmade.
In accordance with articles L217-4 to L217-11 of the Consumer Code, the seller has obligations to deliver goods in conformity with the contract and to be liable for any lack of conformity existing during the delivery of the goods. These articles of law thus impose a guarantee of conformity on the seller. The compliance guarantee is free of charge. This is a legal and non-contractual obligation. The duration of the legal guarantee of conformity is therefore two years. This period begins from the date of taking possession of the property.
In order for the guarantee to be valid for your order, the item must match the description provided on our website and possess the characteristics described or exhibit characteristics that a buyer might reasonably expect in view of public claims by the seller, manufacturer or agent, such as through advertising or labelling.
In this case, it is advisable to inform us in writing of the defects found, by e-mail to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org or by post to the following address: Camille Vost 81 rue de Miromesnil, 75008 Paris, France and return the product(s) to us. If the lack of conformity is confirmed, we will exchange or repair the goods according to the cost it represents in accordance with Article L.211-9 of the Consumer Code.
In accordance with Article L.211-11 of the French Consumer Code, you will be reimbursed for the cost of returning the item by providing proof of payment, after returning your item, where the non-conformity is confirmed.
You are recommended to hold on to your return receipts. If you do not enclose these, you will be refunded the standard postage rate for parcel dispatch.
The statutory conformity guarantee shall apply regardless of any commercial guarantees offered.
In accordance with Article 1641 of the French Civil Code, the seller is bound by the guarantee in relation to hidden defects that render the good sold unfit for its intended use, or which impairs such use to the extent that the buyer would not have purchased it, or would have purchased it for a lower price, had he or she known of the faults.
The consumer must provide proof of a hidden defect, prior to the sale and preventing the use of the product.
The action resulting from the fundamental defects must be brought by the purchaser within two years of the discovery of the defect.
Once the time limits for exercising the statutory conformity guarantee and hidden defect guarantee have lapsed, items shall be considered compliant and free from all visible or hidden faults. CAMILLE VOST shall accept no claims after this time.
CAMILLE VOST shall not be held responsible for the misuse and/or intensive use of the articles by the customer.
Furthermore, CAMILLE VOST accepts no responsibility for returns of rival products, and/or items not sold on the website, by the Customer. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the correct item is sent.
7. Signature and proof
In all cases, the online supply of the bank card number and the final validation of the order will be proof of the entirety of the said order in accordance with the provisions of the law of March 13, 2000 and will be required of the sums committed by the items appearing on the order form.
This validation is valid signature and express acceptance of all operations carried out on the site. 8. Intellectual property
All elements of the CAMILLE VOST site, whether visual or sound, including the underlying technology, are protected by copyright, trademarks or patents. The user who has a personal website and who wishes to place, for personal use, on his site a simple link directly to the home page of Camille Vost's site must request authorization from CAMILLE VOST. In any case, any link, even tacitly authorized, should be withdrawn at the simple request of CAMILLE VOST.
In the hypothesis that one of the clauses of this agreement is void and not achieved by a change of legislation, of regulations or by a decision of justice, this shall in no event affect the validity and compliance of these general conditions sale. These terms and conditions shall apply during the entire time of the online service of the services offered by CAMILLE VOST. The archive of purchases and invoices is carried out on a reliable and durable media so as to correspond to a faithful and durable copy in accordance with article 1348 of the civil code.
